Over the last 25 years, Nelson has served in various financial management roles across diverse industries (transportation, payment processing software, marketing research, natural gas utility, and beverage), contributing and leading teams in the areas of IT financial management, financial planning and reporting, asset management, and software compliance. Nelson has lead the implementation of an IT service and asset management system that managed the life cycle of IT assets. He has also lead the financial management function at a publicly held natural gas utility company. Currently, Nelson leads the IT financial management function at Dairy Farmers of America. Nelson is currently completing an MBA and holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Nelson has a passion for assisting business leaders in accomplishing their goals in IT financial management.
